Does Fareobuzz charge a service fee?
Yes. Fareobuzz charges a flat service fee separate from the supplier's fare: $75 per domestic ticket, $100 per international ticket, $100 per business or first class ticket, $50 per hotel booking and $25 per car rental. Prices quoted by a Fareobuzz agent are inclusive of the airline fare, any airline change or cancellation fee, and the Fareobuzz agency service fee — unless the agent states specifically that the quoted fare excludes the service fee. Can I book online instead of calling?
You can start a search on our website using the search tools on each service page. Complex itineraries — multi-city routes, business class, group bookings and cruise packages — are usually cheaper and faster to arrange by phone because an agent can combine fare types that online engines cannot.

What if I need to change or cancel my trip?

Under US Department of Transportation rules, most flights booked at least seven days before departure can be cancelled without penalty within 24 hours of ticketing.
